    As an AlphaBrook Research Analyst, you will support the analysis of high-value Federal contract pursuits for some of the most respected client brands in the world. You will be the first to ascertain the implications of newly identified bid intelligence. You will use your communication and analytical skills to extract information and perceive patterns. Creative writing and journalism abilities are put to use as you summarize research results. This role has a journalistic approach where you are combining both your strategic writing skills and also calling sources to gather quotes and statements for your research reports. You will be required to communicate with and interview key government stakeholders. Your intelligence findings will directly impact bid decisions, and help our customers win contracts worth millions of dollars.     AlphaBrook Research Analyst

    Research Analyst Responsibilities Include (4-Year College Degree Minimum):

    • Performing analysis, collection, and dissemination of critical capture information with a journalistic
    approach
    • Providing BD intelligence to industry C-level executives, BD teams, and service delivery
    professionals.
    • Advising executive-level decision-makers within the Federal Contracting industry.
    • Participating with team members in delivering time-sensitive intelligence.
    • Interviewing and engaging with high-ranking government officials.
    • Partaking in our mission to provide customized, real-time, and accurate capture intelligence not
    available elsewhere.

    Minimum Position Requirements:

    • Must have received a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year Institution
    • Must have exceptional communication and writing skills
    • Must be comfortable conducting phone calls with high-ranking government personnel
    • Because of the synchronous nature of our work, we require that employees’ remote working
    locations be in the Central or Eastern standard time zones.

    Experienced Research Analyst Responsibilities Include (2-3 Years of Federal Contracting Experience):

    • Must have received a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year Institution

    within the Federal Contracting industry

    As a sales representative, you will directly contribute to the growth of the business through closing new sales with clients. This position requires someone who is personable, capable of thinking and responding on the fly, and someone who demonstrates superior salesmanship capabilities. You will work directly with our executives on our sales strategy and goal-setting, while also collaborating with Business Development Specialists to identify and pursue the best sales leads. You will also work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads or prospects who have expressed interest or engaged with our collateral (emails, sales decks, sample research, etc.). If not already, this sales role will require you to become proficient in both the language and business knowledge of the federal contracting industry. You will be responsible for walking clients through sales demonstrations and answering their questions in pursuit of closing on new business.

  • Customer Operations Specialist

    Overview

    As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be part of our corporate team and have the opportunity to impact diverse areas of the business depending on our business needs at that time. This role is fully remote with varying levels of involvement in recruiting, customer support, process improvement, and operations. We are seeking individuals who are patient and willing to roll up their sleeves and master different areas of the business across customer support, recruiting, and operations - in no certain order.

    Possible Job Responsibilities Include:

    Customer Support:

    • Managing customer support functions such as answering client questions or concerns, training clients on the platform, and working with marketing on content ideas related to product features and benefits, problem-solving.
    • Drafting well-written communications to different business stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
    • Collaborating with leadership and keeping the executive team briefed on valuable insights gleaned from customers.

    Recruiting Support:

    • Supporting various phases of the recruiting process: job postings, application management, scheduling, interviewing.
    • Communicating via phone and/or email with AlphaBrook employee candidates, as well as with AlphaBrook leadership regarding important candidate hiring decisions
    • Coordinating with the Operations team for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees

    Operations:

    • Working with the VP of Operations to problem-solve and improve business processes.

    As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will assist the executive team in overseeing the monetary side of the business at AlphaBrook. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, an excellent communicator, great with numbers, and proficient in organization. You will work closely with company leadership to handle engagement with clients regarding payments and renewals. Following, you will work with our vendors to ensure we are making payments to them on time and at the correct rates. This position may also assist the executive team in handling items such as payroll and company credit card management. As a fast growing business, this role is crucial as it helps us track and account for cash flowing in and out of the company. The ideal candidate will have an academic background in finance or accounting, and/or prior work experience in a financial management or accounting role.

    Position Responsibilities Include:

    • Supporting Accounts Receivables: creating and sending invoices according to company procedures
    and policy. Including following up with customers, partners, and/or vendors for items such as late
    payments. renewals, and invoices.
    • Supporting Accounts Payable: negotiating ideal pricing for all bills and expenses, reviewing certain
    contract terms to mitigate risk, etc.
    • Managing and monitoring company expenses to ensure all agreed upon rates and prices are used
    • Potentially assisting with payroll management and execution
    • Updating and maintaining invoicing records for payments received from clients.
    • Carrying out other related functions as assigned by the executive team

    Minimum Position Requirements:

    We are seeking a talented Creative Marketing Specialist to support content development and graphics for our continued growth initiatives. This person should possess the necessary confidence and mental toughness for problem-solving, and be capable of communicating and collaborating with other senior executives and sales team members. You will work hands-on with our Marketing Lead in order to expand our expanding brand reputation. In addition to being a talented writer, any additional graphic design talents (AI, Photoshop) or advertising experience is a plus.

    Position Responsibilities Include:

    • Create marketing content routinely for emails (both for mass and targeted sending) to support
    ongoing marketing campaigns
    • Blog occasionally about industry topics and AlphaBrook updates to attract site visitors through
    search, social media, and email subscribers
    • Grow our email subscriber base by supporting the development and execution of campaigns like
    our monthly newsletter, giveaways, and more
    • Collaborate with internal teams and executive leaders within AlphaBrook to ideate on and
    implement campaigns
    • Manage subscriber lists and own list development for campaigns (ActiveCampaign experience a
    plus!)
    • Occasionally help manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter)

    Preferred Position Requirements:

    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; able to create modern and engaging graphics
    • BA/BS degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related
    degree
    • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
    • Past experience producing content for email campaigns, blog posts, website, and other digital
    media
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining outstanding attention to detail
    • Experience in the Federal contracting industry a plus, but not mandatory
